HELIOS Observatory
From the 1st of January to the 31st of June every organisation active in collecting information, analysing eLearning trends, or foresighting eLearning development at European and at national level is invited to join the HELIOS observatory

HELIOS aims at establishing the European eLearning Observatory: an open and sustainable platform articulating and coordinating national observatories and “sectoral” observation networks, in collaboration with all the existing observation bodies at European, national and international level.
- Supporting networking, coordination and integration among sectoral, specialised and national observatories and projects.
- Supporting dialogue through provision of policy oriented reports and data among actors involved in policy-making – not exclusively on e Learning.
- Contributing to the identification and collection of relevant indicators on e-Learning development and impact.
- Production of reports and organisation of seminars
- Forecasting of e-Learning development and drafting of policy recommendations
